Get Ink Toner accepts the following payment methods:

Most orders are shipped via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders less than 12 oz may go with first class mail. Ground shipping cost is $5.95 for orders under $50, and orders over $50 will qualify for free ground shipping.

Please provide us with a physical address rather than a PO Box for more accurate delivery for your order. 

Exceptions to free shipping include shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses. Customers located in any of these areas will be required to cover the freight cost. Cost will vary based on each order to these addresses. Please contact customer service at 1-866-578-2720 for shipping times and cost.


Ground and 2 day shipping options are available on the web site. If you need your toners next day or for Saturday delivery, please contact us directly for a quote.



All returns must be authorized by our office before it is sent back. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not approved by us. Any product that is not properly packed, or damaged in transit as a result of improper packing will not be eligible to be returned as well. Customer has to contact us within 30 days for request returns or refunds.


Defective Returns:

All products purchased from Get Ink Toner all come with a warranty and a compatibility guarantee. In the event you may have to ship back any defective product, we will cover all shipping costs related to returning the product to us. You will receive a full refund for items returned to us that are defective. In the event you ship back any product that was not purchased from us, we will be unable to issue any refund for it and the customer would be liable to pay the freight cost to get it back. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.


Non-Defective/Unopened Returns:

All unopened items purchased from Get Ink Toner are able to be sent back for a refund within a one year period. If you return anything one year beyond the purchase date, they would not be eligible for refund or credit. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to non defective or unopened product. These costs will be deducted from the final refund balance after it is receive back in our warehouse. Refunds will appear on your account within 5-7 business days of us receiving the product back, and will be put back on the original payment method used to purchase the product.
